My name is Paul Soldera and I run insightbydesign as my personal blog and business services site. I work as a freelance Customer Insight specialist. I started off my career in traditional Market Research and have since branched out into many different aspects of insight generation for businesses.
I work at the intersection of Marketing, Research and IT – I strongly believe that internal integration of theses three areas is vital to building an accurate, robust understanding of your customer and your brand.
